Our 25 piece personalised surprise reveal puzzles are the perfect way to build suspense & excitement!
They can be used to reveal a destination for a trip, a pregnancy announcement, when gifting an experience or even as a proposal! The text can be fully customised to make it suit any occasion.
Each puzzle is designed, engraved & cut in our Yorkshire workshop. We use 3mm Baltic Birch Ply wood & it measures 15 x 15cm. Your personalised puzzle will come presented in a reusable organza bag – colours may vary.

Our Standard processing times are usually 3-5 working days however it may be subject to change during busy periods.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This would mean your order would usually arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed & any delays within the postal system are out of our control.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always make sure we put all relevant information & accurate, realistic photos so that customers can make an informed choice when purchasing an item. If you have a specific question about any of our products please get in touch & we will be happy to help.
Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.

Items are wrapped in classic brown kraft paper & finished with a printed luxury satin ribbon.
