Please note:
The jar doesn’t come filled with any sweets so you can put your most favourite treat in or leave for the recipient to top up themselves!
The two jar sizes are 0.85L or 1.6L & both are pictured in the listing.
Please note – the more text you want, the smaller it will appear on the product.
If you would like a different design for example a pet treat jar or tea/coffee cannisters etc we will be happy to do these, just send us a message prior to order to discuss the options.
Please check your spelling and grammar as we will engrave exactly what you have typed.
Please note: due to the natural wooden element to this product the colour & texture of the grain can vary.
Our Standard processing times are usually 3-5 working days however it may be subject to change during busy periods.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This would mean your order would usually arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed & any delays within the postal system are out of our control.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always make sure we put all relevant information & accurate, realistic photos so that customers can make an informed choice when purchasing an item. If you have a specific question about any of our products please get in touch & we will be happy to help.
Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.
