Our keepsake memory box is made from solid pine & expertly laser engraved with your words with the option to have a satin ribbon fastening. We have a choice of ribbon colours available as shown in the listing photo. Our keepsake boxes are perfect for keeping all those treasured momentos safe for the years ahead, whether it be that first curl or first shoes.
A personalised keepsake memory box makes the perfect thoughtful & practical gift for a new baby or for a christening/naming ceremony.
We also take custom orders so if you’re looking for a box for a different occasion or would like something a bit different please get in touch.

Our Standard processing times are usually 3-5 working days however it may be subject to change during busy periods.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This would mean your order would usually arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed & any delays within the postal system are out of our control.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.
