Our Personalised Christmas crate is a great way to start December! Maybe your little elf will deliver it himself?
It is a lovely way to start a new tradition for your family and you can top it up with treats you all love!
PLEASE NOTE: the crates do not include any of the contents shown, only the crate will be sent.
Engraved with your choice of name, you can personalise the crate in the text box – family names are also an option. For example Special delivery for The Ashtons’ etc
Approximate dimensions – 23x31x15cm
We can assemble your crate in the workshop or if you’re a dab hand at DIY it is an option to receive it flat packed. it is very simple to assemble with 20 screws which are all provided – you will need your own screwdrivers to do this.
Please check your spelling and grammar as we will engrave exactly what you have typed.
Wood is a unique natural product. Therefore the colour, knots placement, engraving colour & grain of your wooden crate may vary.
Our Standard processing times are usually 3-5 working days however it may be subject to change during busy periods.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This would mean your order would usually arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed & any delays within the postal system are out of our control.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always make sure we put all relevant information & accurate, realistic photos so that customers can make an informed choice when purchasing an item. If you have a specific question about any of our products please get in touch & we will be happy to help.
Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.

Items are wrapped in classic brown kraft paper & finished with a printed luxury satin ribbon.
