Each item is laser engraved to the highest quality, made with durable wood and is suitable for hand washing only.
When placing your order you can either write your name/names of choice in the notes to seller section or send us a message.

Our Standard processing times are usually 3-5 working days however it may be subject to change during busy periods.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This would mean your order would usually arrive the day after dispatch. Delivery timescales are not guaranteed & any delays within the postal system are out of our control.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.
