We advise the use of silicone or wooden utensils with these products as metal can sometimes cause marks if used too heavily. Clean it easily with a liquid detergent & non abrasive pad.

Our postage options are Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually arrives in 2-3 days or you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24.

If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.

For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.
