If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always make sure we put all relevant information & accurate, realistic photos so that customers can make an informed choice when purchasing an item. If you have a specific question about any of our products please get in touch & we will be happy to help.
Please check the text that you have typed for personalisation as once it has been engraved we are unable to make any changes & we cannot be held responsible for customer error.
For non personalised/custom products that are not faulty you have 28 days to notify us if you want to return the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. The return is at your own cost, we also advise using a tracked service & keeping proof of posting receipts.
